For installing overlays, decals, or tint, a felt edge squeegee is essential. Unlike plastic squeegees, the felt edge protects your vinyl from scratches during application.
I bought this to do my first overlay install. I already had/could get easily the other parts of the install kit, but this seemed like an invaluable tool to add and it definitely was! It made the install much easier and I would definitely recommend getting one before your first install.
This tool is an absolute must to install the fender stripes! Don’t even bother without this tool!
