配送ポリシー

All orders, excluding custom orders, are processed within 1-3 business days (except holidays). Express orders or any orders placed through the replacement program will be given priority. Domestic orders are shipped via the following options: UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, USPS First Class Letter, and occasionally USPS Ground Advantage or Priority. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package International.

Domestic standard & economical shipping estimates:

  • UPS Ground: 1-5 business days
  • USPS First Class Letter: 1-10 business days (no tracking)
  • USPS Priority: 1-7 business days
  • USPS Ground Advantage: 1-10 business days

Domestic express shipping estimate:

  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 1-2 business days

International economical shipping estimate:

  • USPS First Class International Package: 6-18 business days

Note: When selecting a shipping method, the number of business days listed does not include the order processing time mentioned above. Please plan accordingly if there is a date you need your order by.

Accentrek Designs does not make any shipping guarantees. Refunds will not be issued for orders delayed by the shipping carrier. However, if an order does not arrive within 10 days of the quoted delivery window, please contact us. If a package is lost, we will process the claim on your behalf and will remake or refund your order accordingly.
